Eucharistic Adoration
Eucharistic Adoration is simply spending time with Jesus. Catholics believe that Jesus is truly present—Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity—in the Holy Eucharist. During Adoration, the consecrated Host is placed in a monstrance, allowing us to come before Our Lord in a quiet and intimate way. We can pray, read Scripture, speak to Him from our hearts, listen in silence, or simply sit with Him and allow ourselves to be loved by Him.
